Are you the 'Castles AND Crowns' smocked-clothing children's store? TOP
No! We were unaware until recently that there is another children's store with a similar name. Please do NOT confuse us (CastlesNCrowns) with the children's fine-smocked-clothing store Castles And Crowns. They are a wonderful company, but we have no affiliation with them. Thank you. What is your RETURN Policy? TOP
All Items are Final Sale. CLEARANCE PRICES: NO RETURNS: Please keep in mind that this is a small Mom and Pop operation. Actually it's just Mom! However, if you have any questions, please use the Contact form and I will try to help any way I can.
As this is a store close-out, most products are discounted at Clearance prices and therefore Not returnable. All Sales Final. No returns or exchanges. I will not refund items lost in the mail due to the fault of usps, as it is out of my control (please contact usps). I do ship with Confirmation and will provide you with the tracking number upon request. Thanks!
[On the rare exception that you do return something, Shipping costs both ways are customer responsibility and not reimbursed. Please gain prior authorization first, regardless. At this time we do Not charge a 10-15% restocking fee, but this is subject to change.]
Cancellations: Must be made immediately! Some orders are shipped same day, even within the hour. Sorry, but once an order is shipped, it may Not be cancelled. At this time we do not charge a re-stocking fee, but this and all policies and prices are subject to change without notice. WHEN will my order ARRIVE? How Fast do you ship? TOP
We USUALLY process your order WITHIN 1-48 HOURS of receiving payment. ADD to that 1-7 BUSINESS days for USPS delivery. Most packages are shipped either First Class or Priority, though heavier or larger items or orders may be shipped Parcel. Unfortunately, we cannot guarentee delivery times (nor can the USPS), we can only estimate.
PLEASE NOTE: Once your package has left our hands, we are NOT responsible for it and will not replace it if lost or delayed. If there are any delays, please take it up with USPS. HOWEVER, they have NEVER LOST ONE OF OUR PACKAGES YET -- since 2005! We use Delivery Confirmation service also. INSURANCE: If you would like to purchase insurance, please notify us before placing your order and we will give you a price quote. This has never been needed in the past, but does make some of our customers feel better.
What is your PRIVACY Policy? TOP
We do not sell or give away your email or any other information at any time. Your payment information is not seen nor kept. When we give away a Free product, it is not to gather emails for a list to sell, it is simply a way to introduce you to our costumes as a promotion, or to clear out excess product. Your privacy is of utmost consideration for us. Where do you SHIP? TOP
MAIN 48 STATES / CONTINENTAL UNITED STATES:
We ship to the 48 contiguous United States only. Just select the main 48 States at Checkout to calculate your shipping.
LOCAL SOLVANG PICK-UP:
We also offer local pickup at no cost to our Solvang CA residents by appointment. Payments for these orders are made by placing a regular order. Select Local Pickup at Checkout for no shipping fee. You will be contacted by email to arrange an appointment to pick up your item.
INTERNATIONAL AND OUTER STATES AREAS:
Sorry, we do Not ship to other areas at this time.

Do you sell WHOLESALE or Drop Ship? TOP
We are no longer selling our Harrisons Halloween Costumes (100% Cotton Baby Costumes) at Wholesale prices or Drop Ship, due to store close-out (low inventory remaining).
All other brands are not our own, we are only the retailer on those other brands (such as Little Adventures). You should contact Little Adventures if you wish to sell their products.

Our shopping cart directly accepts your payment through the Pay Pal
service (you do Not need a paypal account), where you can pay by credit or debit, or with funds in your Pay Pal account (if you
have one). This is
the most secure payment option for our customers. For your security, we do NOT see, nor keep, any confidential payment information!
