About Us  As the owner of a specialty toy store in 2005, I (Tricia) loved retro toys, classic nostalgic toys, handcrafted toys, heirloom quality toys, and pretend play with dress-up costumes. With the recession, I closed Star Toy Company, an independent toy store on the California Central Coast, but decided to keep selling dress-up costumes here at my Castles N Crowns store, because children use their imaginations in such a delightful and creative way when they play dress-up.
